Water Wizard Irrigation is the only company you... need to call to repair your sprinkler system. I had a valve break and water was running down the street. They came out on a weekend - did not charge extra for emergency- and replaced all the valves so it is like new. They are so very professional and also nice people. Their charges were very reasonable.read more

Our technician was Phillip Pearson. He showed up... on time and was very professional and courteous! We called to have a leaking sprinkler fixed and found out we had much bigger issues and very outdated equipment. Phillip walked us around the property and explained in detail all of our issues. We made the decision to update all of the valves underground as well as the computer that controls everything. What would have been an easy job turned into a much bigger undertaking and he was more than happy to fix everything the right way. He worked through off and on rain all day and did an excellent job from start to finish! Afterwards he took the time to explain everything and how each part of the new setup worked. We were very pleased with him and his work and would highly recommend Phillip Pearson and water wizard for any of your irrigation needs!!read more

Great service. Phillip did a great job explaining... the system and what needed to be done. Being a small business owner sometimes you have... to reach out and ask for help. Contacted Water Wizard and had a very fast response time and actually got me scheduled in 2 days to help finish a landscaping job. They sent Phillip Pearson out and what a representative for the company!! Amazing, knowledgeable, professional and an and excellent worker!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! Recently we had Phillip Pearson with Water Wizard... Irrigation come to our house for our annual sprinkler checkup. We have a big corner lot so he had his work cut out for him! I must say he did an extraordinary job checking every sprinkler all around our house and made any adjustments necessary to ensure the water was hitting all the right spots on the lawn. I know this as I walked around the house with him to observe what he was doing and asked questions along the way, which he did’t mind at all. He made some suggestions for different style of sprinkler heads on a few that weren’t being very effective in the area and direction they were hitting. He was able to change them out and we are glad we took his advice. He also advised us on how to make some adjustments as needed on our own throughout the year. All of his work has definitely made a difference with the condition and appearance of our lawn. In addition to checking the sprinklers, Phillip was very thorough at going over how to use the sprinkler computer in our garage and was patient with us as we asked questions and took notes. He was very professional, personable and easy to talk to. We are very satisfied with Water Wizard Irrigation and would highly recommend using them. We plan to request Phillip to come back next year for our sprinkler checkup.read more

We are very pleased that our lawn service... recommended Water Wizards. Their service technician Phillip visited for the first time earlier this week. Our irrigation system was in need of a fair amount of work, including the replacement of numerous sprinkler heads. Phillip was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He made some helpful recommendations regarding the irrigation programming, and the system is now set up to operate in a more cost effective manner that will benefit our lawn. We would highly recommend this service.read more

Philip came out to help us with several issues on... our irrigation system. We needed taller sprinkler heads and we needed to remove some sprinkler heads and water line in an area where we will have our patio extended. He explained everything to us and gave us options. He installed donuts around vulnerable sprinkler heads and then explained all of the work that was done after finishing. He was polite, helpful and professional. We are very glad that we called Water Wizard and we will be calling them for any future work as well!read more

Water Wizard is totally professional from the... initial proposal through installation and operation. They quickly analyzed the existing system deficiencies and proposed solutions with economy in mind. They used existing piping as much as possible and looked for ways to trim costs rather than creating "new and improved" recommendations. Both Phillips and George listened well and fully exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them and will use them for any future alterations.read more

Philip Pearson came to my home to fix a problem... with a sprinkler head and inspect and recommend replacements as needed. I was very impressed by Philip’s professionalism and energy. He entertained my questions, encouraged them and provided a professional explanation to my satisfaction. I found him to be very knowledgeable. I had noticed a number of my new plants, in my... front flower bed, struggling and determined that it was a water problem. I initially took a stab at resolving the problem but being a disable veteran I had to concede to my limited physical abilities... called in the professionals and I am glad that I did (so is my wife)!Just had Phillip out to do some modifications and repairs on our front yard irrigation system. Was quick to find and repair the existing problem while adding a couple of new irrigation heads to our front flower bed. While he was here he tuned up the other sprinkler heads around the yard. Phillip Willman was able to accommodate me before... the next appointment as he was servicing my neighbor's . I knew I had two heads that required replacement, however after Phillip thoroughly inspected all the heads a total of 9 were replaced. He adjusted many others and explained why he performed the adjustments to provide better coverage. He not only was efficient but very polite. I needed my yard reworked with Hunter heads and I... asked Water Wizard Irrigation Inc. for an estimate and they came out the same day. We set up a day for the work to be done. I called Water Wizard for the first time. I was... very pleased with the service I received. I had drought areas on my lawn and my Rain sensor was inoperable. Phillip Pearson was the technician. He is Knowledgeable and thorough. He changed some sprinkler heads and adjusted the others to give me full coverage. He not only did have to change the rain sensor, he had to repair the control box also. I will request Phillip again when I call Water wizard to check my sprinkler system in six monthsread more

Phillip Willman responded to the service call. I... was very impressed with how thorough approach to evaluating my irrigation system and determining the problem. In addition to correcting the problem he identified and replaced all leaking head and aligned each. Best coverage I have every had with this system. I mentioned my water bill had increased lately. He noticed a zone that seemed to have low pressure. Upon further evaluation he found and corrected a split underground line that was leaking. I found this Phillip to be very polite, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting everything right. Not just checking the box. I though their prices were very reasonable.read more
